Terms of Service
1. What PSA Speedrun is
PSA Speedrun is an exam-preparation tool for the UK Prescribing Safety Assessment. It provides a curated question bank, mock exams, and study analytics.
It is not medical advice. Nothing on the Service is intended as a substitute for professional clinical judgement, formal medical education, or the official PSA syllabus. Questions and model answers may contain errors. If you spot one, please email us at hello@psaspeedrun.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. PSA Speedrun is built for UK medical students and Foundation doctors but is sold globally; you are responsible for ensuring use is lawful in your country.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
- One person per account. Don't share access.
- Notify us immediately at hello@psaspeedrun.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription, billing, refunds
PSA Speedrun is sold as an annual subscription at £19.99/year, charged in advance via Stripe. Your card is billed at sign-up and on each anniversary unless you cancel.
- Cancel any time from your Account page; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase. By starting to use the Service within those 14 days you expressly agree you lose the right to a refund for digital content already accessed; we will still refund unused periods at our discretion if you email hello@psaspeedrun.com within 14 days.
- VAT (if applicable) is included in the displayed price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or republish question content.
- Share screenshots of paywalled questions publicly.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with a refund of any unused portion of the subscription if the breach was inadvertent.
6. Intellectual property
Question content, explanations, and the Service itself are © PSA Speedrun and our clinical reviewers. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation while your subscription is active.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us in that period (typically £19.99). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change date counts as acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
